Ingredients:
- 13 slices of courgette
- Half of a Diced Red Pepper
- Diced Onion
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams egg substitute
- Salt
- Black peppercorns
- Oregano Herbs
- Low fat cheddar cheese
- Low fat cooking oil
Preparation:

Using a cup tray, cover with low fat
oil.

Layer the courgette slices in the tray and then
layer on top, red pepper and onion.

Mix eggs, egg substitute, salt, pepper, and
oregano until there are fairly blended, then apply on top of your red pepper and
onion.

Bake until cooked
Like the buffalo wings, who doesn't like frittata's? It
is a necessity within your cooking. However, many people don't realize that it can be equally delicious
