Ingredients:
- Two and a half grams of ground
cumin
- Two and a half grams of ground
cinnamon
- Some all spice
- Garlic powder and a minced garlic
clove
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 pork tenderloin
- Low fat oil
- Honey (low fat)
- Hot-pepper sauce
Preparation:
- Mix cumin, cinnamon, salt & pepper, all spice and
garlic
- Coat the pork in the mixture (help stickiness with low fat
oil)
- Cover with wrap and place in the fridge for approximately 20
minutes.
- Mix honey, garlic and hot sauce
- Add the pork to a hot pan and fry for a couple of minutes each
side.
- Add the sauce mixes to the pork and transfer to the oven for nearly 20 minutes (until juices
run clear)
