Ingredients:
- 50 grams of low fat butter
- 70 grams of low calorie pancake
syrup
- 80 grams of brown sugar
- 50 grams of orange liqueur
- 8 slices of French bread
- 3 big eggs
- 120 grams of egg
substitute
- 5 grams vanilla extract
- Salt
Preparation:
- Add butter, syrup, sugar and orange liqueur to a pan
and cook until blended. Add the mixture to a baking dish.
- With bread slices (no crusts), add to the baking dish
to cover the entire area.
- Whisk the eggs, egg substitute, vanilla, orange
liqueur and some salt, then pour over the bread on the baking dish.
- Cover well and hill over night.
- Place in a pre heated oven (355 degrees) and heat until
room temperature.
- Remove the cover and bake for 3/4 of an hour until
puffed up. Serve with fruit and low fat cream.
